If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original condition.
Items must be returned with all original packaging, certificates, and tags.
Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and value-protection reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Custom-made or personalized jewelry
Special order pieces
Items modified (resized, engraved, altered)
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Final sale or clearance items
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on your bank.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For orders with free shipping, a standard return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item:
You may choose a different size, color, or a new piece of equal or greater value.
Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Exchanges are allowed once per order.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

We will send a replacement or process a return at no extra cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using insured and trackable shipping, as we are not liable for lost return packages.
Order Cancellations
Custom-made, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry cannot be canceled once production begins.
