Returns

• You can return items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

• Custom, engraved, or personalized items are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@glazerjewelers.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at info@glazerjewelers.com.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
