Below is our complete shipping policy for all orders placed on glazerjewelers.com.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

  • 1–2 business days for in-stock items

  • 3–7 business days for special order items

  • Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipment Insurance

All packages are fully insured until delivered to your address.
Once the package is marked as “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer.


Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

If the address is incorrect:

  • If the order has not shipped, we will correct it

  • If the order has shipped, we cannot change the address

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses are not covered


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

  1. Contact the carrier with your tracking number

  2. Check with neighbors or building management

  3. Email us at info@glazerjewelers.com

We will assist in filing a claim, but Glazer Jewelers is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered

  • Packages lost due to incorrect addresses

  • Carrier delays beyond our control
